We are seeking a responsible and motivated Sales Executive to join our chemical trading firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with customers, scheduling meetings, and confirming orders. This is a front-line sales position that requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.
1.Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote chemical products.
2.Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person or virtual) to present product offerings and solutions.
3.Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities.
4.Confirm customer orders, ensuring all necessary documentation and details are accurate.
5.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
6.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
7.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
8.Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

3.Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
5.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
