Job Summary

 

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Intern to support our sales team at a growing chemical trading firm. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, customer communication, and order processing within the chemical industry. Ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in sales.

 

Key Resposibilities

 

  • Assist in making phone calls to customers to introduce products and follow up on inquiries.
  • Help set up client meetings (in-person or virtual) for senior sales staff.
  • Support the process of confirming and tracking customer orders.
  • Maintain customer databases and keep records of sales activities.
  • Learn about chemical products and how to match them to customer needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer tools (MS Office, etc.).
  • Background in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Final-year students or recent graduates preferred.
